WHAT IS RIGHT TRAFFIC UNIVERSITY?
Right Traffic University is a certification and leadership development program built to grow our internal talent. It is a structured way to help our people level up, professionally and personally, through training, mentorship, and real-world experience.
Who can participate?
The first group is focused on the Operations. The long-term goal is to roll RTU out across all departments.
When does it start?
RTU will begin to roll out January 2026.
The first class will launch shortly after as a pilot program. From there, we’ll grow and refine it together.
Where is it happening?
RTU will be delivered through a mix of:
Virtual learning
In-person sessions
On-the-job projects
We’re also building a digital hub where you can access resources, track progress, and connect with your RTU community. Stay tuned!

You’ll be able to apply through our internal portal starting November 3.
