Celebrating National Work Zone Awareness Week 2026
Dartmouth, NS – April 27, 2026 – This year, Right Traffic proudly celebrated National Work Zone Awareness Week (NWZAW) across our family of companies by putting something tangible in our crew members’ hands. Orange “Safe Action, Save Lives” shirts and stickers were distributed across our locations, creating a visible reminder of our shared commitment to safety. It was great to see so many teams come together in support of a common cause! Be sure to check out the photo gallery below to see how this year was celebrated.
Right Traffic companies across the country found their own ways to get involved. At P.D. Brooks, Operations Managers connected with customers while handing out orange Gatorade. WTC teams distributed orange-themed goodie bags to crew members and select clients, along with pizza for crews in the field. The WD Wright North Carolina team kept things going with orange drinks and snacks to mark the week.
NWZAW serves as a reminder of something we stand behind year-round: the people behind our traffic control operations are doing some of the most important, and demanding, work on the road. To every member of our team, thank you. Your work keeps our communities safe, and as the 2026 season ramps up, it does not go unnoticed.
Over the years, Right Traffic has grown by bringing together some of the best companies in traffic control, equipment rentals, striping, and traffic planning. Those companies, and the people who built them, are now part of one unified family operating under the Right Traffic banner. Here’s to a safe and successful 2026 season.
